Fall Foliage & High Desert Museum

It’s a time of transition as the cool autumn air turns trees into works of art that shine of gold, amber and scarlet. Feast your eyes on the seasonal beauty as we tour along the scenic McKenzie River to our lunch destination, the Black Bear Diner in Bend. The diner is regionally renowned for its down home cooking and cabin like environment.  After lunch, the tour continues on to the High Desert Museum for an up close encounter with the history and culture of the Deschutes National Forest region.
