This is one of two trips to Leavenworth during the holiday season. Each itinerary has all the same inclusions as our signature December trip, including the colorful lights illuminating the downtown.
Each December millions of twinkling lights shine in Leavenworth, a Bavarian-style village located in Washington's snow-covered Cascades. Colorful buildings house oodles of shops and restaurants, many featuring authentic German food and specialty European items. Our three-night trip takes you to the gorgeous Enzian Inn, located in the heart of town. Included are six hearty meals, a visit to Aplets & Cotlets Candy Factory & Store, admission to the Nutcracker Museum, a snuggle-up ride on a horse-drawn sleigh, an evening performance by renowned harpist Bronn Journey, time for shopping and strolling, and lots of holiday fun.
Join us on this wonderful winter adventure and create memories you won't forget! We expect both trips to sell out, so call us at your earliest convenience if you want to come along.
The Enzian Inn tells us they may not have their Christmas tree set up in the lobby in November, but the spirited caroling in the evenings and traditional decorations set around will add to the cozy holiday spirit. Having snow while we are in Leavenworth will be anyone's guess, as we can't predict Mother Nature, but rest assured the sleigh ride will become a hay ride if none falls, and our experience will still be a wintery treat.
